YOUR teacher

Zo shares her more than 20 years of practice and teaching of Massage, Yoga and Meditation into her classes, workshops and retreats that she’s brought to students, in England, Thailand, South Africa, USA, India and now, New Zealand.

Studying Shiatsu from 2001 opened up a whole new world of perception, experience and awareness. While Yoga brought in structure and form since her first Teacher Training in 2013.

From author and philosopher Jaideva Singh came translations of ancient teachings that informs Kaula Tantra Yoga and continues to propel Zo’s curiosity into how to live in the awareness and knowledge that life and those in it are: “spanda: active, dynamic and throbbing with life, creative pulsation.”

Being rock solid, while having capacity for malleability.

To root and also to rise.

Full spectrum living!
